SanaSleep

About This Project

An estimated 30% of the global population suffer from difficulties initiating and/or getting to sleep. Healthy sleep has been empirically proven to be the single most important determinant in predicting longevity, more influential than diet, exercise, or heredity, but our modern culture has become a virtual study in sleep deprivation.  Due to modern lifestyle habits, lack of sleep has become a global epidemic.

Current solutions such as sleeping pills are not a sustainable or effective solution. Sleeping pills are an extremely costly solution and are generally quite ineffective. Moreover dependency develops with such drugs which has detrimental side-effects on people’s mental and physical health.

Other sleep devices can be expensive, bulky, invasive, time-consuming, and have poor efficacy. Moreover, no existing solution is completely effective for the worst cases of insomnia. Insomnia associated with chronic pain and severe PTSD is extremely difficult to treat.

Sana Sleep is a wearable mask that comfortably puts users to sleep anywhere allowing even the most severe sufferers of insomnia to fall asleep quickly, easily and safely with added brain health benefits and no adverse side effects or dependency issues. It can help resolve concussion and traumatic brain injury (TBI) damage as well as the symptoms of chronic pain and PTSD. This device is dramatically cheaper than prescription drugs, CBT and competing devices, and more effective. It is available over-the-counter and easy to use. The device utilises proprietary and highly effective light and sound patterns to initiate a state of neuroplasticity that induces a deep sleep as well as brain balance and healing.
